Theano Cave Suites & Villas

Everything from our stage at Theano Cave was beyond wonderful, since the moment we arrived till the moment we had to say goodbye we felt more than welcomed. The place is by far the best weve seen in santorini, its definitely a very unique place to stay in, the food was very delicious and such a delight, and the attention was next level! The place is very comfortable, cozy and beautiful, perfect to relax, take good photos and enjoy santorinis amazing views like the sunrise! The place is very well located since its near all the iconic places in santorini. The hostest were very lovely and kind, they gave us recomendations on great places to eat and to visit. We are very thankful for the way they treated us and made us feel welcomed in Santorini. Please, if you have the chance to stay here while visiting santorini, Do it! You wont regret it and will have an amazing expirience that youll remember for life

Very comfortable, clean, nice, private cave with amazing and warm swimming pool, delicious breakfast and helpful personnel with smile on their face all the time !! The breakfast comes every day (different) and personnel is waking up with smile on faces just to say that breakfast is ready! 😁 Located in amazing place near Oia and Fira, which makes place very private and quiet after all day of exploring Santorini! Place is amazing, view and terrace gives unforgettable experience and manager is always when we need her with smile and helpful hand, thank you for making us best holidays! Thank you for having us! For sure we will come back to relax and spend best time on Santorini.

The villa had amazing views of the sea, and we had a delicious breakfast spread brought to us in the backyard facing the sea everyday, which we looked forward to everyday. Even the bathroom had a window that you could look out to admire the view while showering! The villa was spacious yet cosy and the amenities were plentiful (coffee maker, oven, electric stove, kettle, even tea bags and coffee powder in the cupboards). Heated pool was also a plus, though the weather in March was a little chilly for anything more than a short dip. It is located in Imerovigli, which is just a 5-10min short drive from Fira. The place was quiet and private, away from the crowds, which we very much enjoyed. There was also a carrefour just 3 min drive away for quick grocery runs. The hosts were nothing short of amazing!! Elizabeth, the host, had given me suggestions of things to do even before my trip there. We had visited in early March, which was still the off season, so many restaurants and places were closed, and knowing this, they had prepared a list of available restaurants and wineries that were open for us to visit. Elizabeth is just a text away, and was ready to book us a taxi at a moment’s time at 8pm when we had missed our bus and was stranded in Oia. She also graciously allowed us early check in/ late check out where possible. They are simply the epitome of Greek hospitality, as Elizabeth and Albana always said to call them or text them if we need anything. We had found some ants that possibly came in through the window, and it was swiftly dealt with within the day. Staying in this beautiful villa was definitely a highlight of our Santorini trip! I would definitely choose to stay here again in a heartbeat

My name is Ayna, i am from Turkmenistan. It was my dream to see Santorini. I start checking hotels at booking com. And found Theano CaveI Suites & Villas, read comments & booked it. And I liked everything at our Cave suite. Everything was comfortable, private pool, traditional home-cooked Greek breakfast delivered to your room every day. But I would like to really thank Elizabeth, a wonderful manager, a wonderful woman, a wonderful person, who helped us with car rental and gave us advice on where to go and what to see. Her attitude was like we were friends and had known each other for 100 years. Thank you very much for everything.

After reading so many wondering reviews, especially mentioning the wonderdul host Elizabeth, we had to try th3 Cave suites. Our stay and trip was truly magical and that was completely facilitated by Elizabeth. Nothing is too much trouble, she genuinely wants you to have the best time you can, ans the breakfasts are fabulous! A trip of a lifetime with no exaggeration. Check out the bar ROKA just off to the right at rhe top of the road for sunset. Breathtaking! We will be making plenty more visits!
